The Hills opens its fourth season today — and we can expect, as usual, a lot of drama. Lauren Conrad threatens to quit, and Heidi and Spencer are ready to take over.

Things get hotter as Jessie gets booted out of Big Brother — leaving Michelle on a quest to avenge her best friend.“I was seeing red! I was enraged. I was furious. I was angry!” Okay, so we’ve gone through all the synonyms, girl. We get your point.

Michelle’s BFF-wannabe April tried to hide her disgust. “I literally think that I vomited inside my mouth.”

Of course nothing is as high profile as Hawaii Five-O, who Bernero promises will get a modern twist, he calls it Hawaii Five-O 2.0. The revival will follow the “police procedural” theme or format of the show. As a cool homage, Steve McGarrett’s son Chris will be the lead in the series. Steve McGarrett was played with much aplomb by Jack Lord in the original series.

Hope this is one remake that doesn’t stink.

So what did the Saturday Night Live crew do in their summer vacation? They kept themselves busy making this movie about a bunch of guys waiting in line at a movie. Sounds, erm, boring? Knowing SNL’s brand of humor, you can bet it’s got a lot of laughs.

White Collar, which is from Fox TV Studios, tells the story of a con artist who is forced to work with the FBI’s white collar crime unit.

Bomer has previously starred in the much-underappreciated Traveler and also appeared in Chuck. Hopefully, Bomer gets a hit TV series to star in because he’s an awesome actor.

Matthew Fox and Evangeline Lilly are currently getting $150,000 per episode, but the low-profile renegotiations can result in them getting a pay raise. This move is actually prompting the other Lost actors to start their own renegotiation deals. They may all have a happier christmas when this ends.

Former Roseanne star Sarah Gilbert had a very brilliant turn as a scientist in the hit sitcom The Big Bang Theory. Her guest performances were so cool that she has now become a permanent part of the cast.

She will be reprising her role as Leslie Winkle, Johnny Galecki’s colleague in the university. Roseanne fans will know that Galecki and Gilbert also appeared together in that sitcom.
